Crystal Switzer took great care of us just recently when we took in our 2004 Ford Crown Victoria in for repair. She was very courteous and knowledgeable about the service and parts that we needed. My husband and I went to Rich Ford's 50th Anniversary sale. We were looking for a new car. Vince saw us and we talked about what I wanted. Vince talked to both of us and as I made all the decisions, h sale. We were looking for a new car. Vince saw us and we talked about what I wanted. Vince talked to both of us and as I made all the decisions, he never once asked my husband if that was okay. I feel very good about this, since most car salespeople direct their comments to the male. I wanted a medium size car, so I test drove the Focus. I felt very comfortable and bought one. Vince got all the paperwork done for us. We then say the people for financing and signing all the paperwork. When we were done, Vince walked us to the car and made sure everything was good. Before I left, he took me to meet the service people. It was a good experience and I am happy with the car. More
