In the last 18 months I have purchased two personal vehicles (2010 Explorer & 2011 F-150) ans a new engine for a F-450 for my business from Rich Ford. Ford explorer is not my top list when I decided to buy a vehicle but Mark had explained me the beauty of the explorer, aside from the great customer service he has rendered to us. We have bought 3 cars from this dealer over the past year. We are extremely happy with the service both before and after the sale. Needless to say the other dealership totally messed the car up so bad that FORD decided to take the car back. Rich Ford stepped up to help her out and impressed me so much that I decided to buy a $50,000 FORD FLEX (Great car by the way) as well as replacing her Mustang with an Explorer.
