It took a while to get in since they are the only Ford dealer that will do warranty work on my unit, but it was worth it. They put me on a waiting list and called me. Once there my agent called almost ev dealer that will do warranty work on my unit, but it was worth it. They put me on a waiting list and called me. Once there my agent called almost every week to update me. The repair was done and is working great. Very thankful to the service. Definitely recommend More

Brought my new F-150 for an oil change and it came back with greasy fingerprints inside and out. I didn't notice until I got home. Then when I brought it back, first thing they say is that is not from us. with greasy fingerprints inside and out. I didn't notice until I got home. Then when I brought it back, first thing they say is that is not from us. Then they see the door and agree with me. I have zero confidence with their service department now. If sloppy on the outside, did the cut corners under the hood? Are bolts tightened to spec? Did they even change the oil? I don't trust them based on my first experience with the Rich Ford Service Department. More

Easy in, easy out, but a little expensive for parts vs labor. Did cover warranty issues with excluder seals, and so far the truck seems fine.
