I had an appointment at 12:15. I was never checked in under my appointment time. I ended up waiting 2.5 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation. People that arrived after m I was never checked in under my appointment time. I ended up waiting 2.5 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation.
