Amazing Service as Always!!! Ray Taylor provided my family with excellent customer service. He was swift, direct and took control of our situation involving a flat tire. After e Ray Taylor provided my family with excellent customer service. He was swift, direct and took control of our situation involving a flat tire. After explaining that my elderly mother was in the car with me Ray took great care personally in making sure we got my mother back to her home and then bringing me safely to the dealership. Ray took care of finding and ordering me a new tire and provided me with transportation all in a very short time frame. Ray kept me informed up until my car was ready the very next day. Everyone I have had contact with since purchasing my 2019 Acura RDX at the Regal Automotive Group located at 2615 Lakeland Hills Blvd Lakeland, FL have been extremely professional taking care of my service needs in a timely manner. Good experience as always Chrissy took great care of me as usual. She was very friendly and explained everything to me. When my car part had to be ordered, she notified me righ Chrissy took great care of me as usual. She was very friendly and explained everything to me. When my car part had to be ordered, she notified me right away and got me in a very nice rental soon after. I will be requesting her each time I come in for service for now on. The only thing I could say was not satisfying is my car is usually cleaned and vacuumed with even the smallest of services but it was not this time. I spent a great sum of money and was expecting that same quality of service. More
