I was a little disappointed that they couldn't figure out what was going on with my car because a technician didn't have a functioning computer, so it was handed off to another. I wasn't crazy about paying almost $2k for the repair but I NEED a functional car so I had really no choice. I may or may not return to Regal for my next service or repair. More
