After doing some research on your last visit, it looks like they could not duplicate the problem, so no repair would have been recommended on the vehicle. However we do understand that problems can be intermittent. We are glad that you were able to get the issue duplicated and repaired.

They did not need to duplicate the problem They needed to read Bulletin 20-031 to see how to fix my problem That is what the other dealership did.
