We came in to have a new key programmed. After waiting 2 1/2 hours (yes I made an appointment) we were finally notified that the car was ready. We were presented with a lengthy report includ After waiting 2 1/2 hours (yes I made an appointment) we were finally notified that the car was ready. We were presented with a lengthy report including pictures posted on the internet of work that you wanted to do on my car. All very nice but all we wanted was the key programmed. We did not ask for nor authorize or want this extensive inspection done. The time you spent on this inspection was a waste of my time. More
My initial service in the service dept a few years ago was terrible, I had a guy that completely ignored me, was rude and I felt like maybe even prejudice/racist. I requested a different service manager, was terrible, I had a guy that completely ignored me, was rude and I felt like maybe even prejudice/racist. I requested a different service manager, then I was assigned Chrissy. Omg!! What a difference. She has always been so kind and always make sure my service needs are met along with a hug and a smile. She’s warm, friendly and very personable. I drive a long way to have my car serviced, but she makes the drive well worth it. More
