In all the years and all the vehicles serviced, this was my best service experience. I've had a few less-than desirable recent experiences with another Acura dealership over this past year, which lead me to try Regal Acura. 1. No car rental available until I wait around for over two hours and complain the car is not being worked on to manager. 2. Advisors do not schedule appointments correctly and not in system 3.
