I scheduled my vehicle for air not working, cracked windshield, and new brakes. When I arrived, I waited by my vehicle to be checked in. When we called for status, we spoke to Ron who advised us that regal was not going to fix my windshield with no explanation on why it couldn’t be done, just that it was missed at check in and never done. That I needed to call my insurance to schedule again. This is wile my vehicle is still in being serviced. Every time I tried reaching out to Ron, his phone went to voicemail. He never returned any of our voicemails. I still have my text with regal from Ron for service updates and questions. No one from regal ever responded to me. 2 days after getting my vehicle back, my air conditioning stops working again. This has been the worst service I’ve ever experienced. More

I was driving from Orlando to Tampa to take the bar exam and had an emergency with my car. I called the nearest dealership to see if anyone could help me and spoke with Ray.
