I am extremely thankful for the services team at Regal Acura. Especially, Ray, Alondra & Shalymon. I was in a very emotional state bringing my car in right before they closed for the day and they truly to Acura. Especially, Ray, Alondra & Shalymon. I was in a very emotional state bringing my car in right before they closed for the day and they truly took the time to take care of myself and two boys. My Acura’s transmission was giving out while on I4 and all three of these employees spoke to me with empathy and care and made sure I left with a replacement car to drive back to Orlando. Disappointing, came in for service A1 & 2 and included in my boill was a charge for $89.00 for an inspection i did not ask for. Never paid before for an inspection during an oil change.
