First time customer with my 2017 Outback, prior owner purchased at Randy Marion. Came in on Saturday afternoon before trip to the mountains. Terrific customer service by Jessica! Got me all set in the cu purchased at Randy Marion. Came in on Saturday afternoon before trip to the mountains. Terrific customer service by Jessica! Got me all set in the customer database, got me in for oil change, rotation & general checkup. Good thing - the back brakes were metal on metal! Jessica & fab tech replaced back brakes & I made it safely into the hills. Looking forward to having you take care of all my Subaru needs. Thank you More

In fact, their customer service outshines about 99.99% of all businesses with which we’ve come in contact. In conversations w/others considering purchase/lease, we always tell them to go to Randy Marion FIRST! My neighbor has purchased 3 new vehicles in the last few years & she feels the same way. We will always own a Subaru or two (we have a 14 yr old Legacy) & they will come from Randy Marion. More
Great experience as always. Prices seem to have gone up. $400 plus for a battery change did not seem on par with my previous experiences there. Went for a software upgrade and walked out with free new breaks , because there was an extended warranty for them. I appreciate that the associate Aaron mentioned it. My software was updated as well.
