I scheduled maintenance that should take an hour or so. When I arrived I was advised to consider adding other services that would have taken 4-5 hours. Also, I was advised that replacing a battery (same brand and specs as the factory original) by a non-Subaru mechanic would cause it to wear out faster. This seems very questionable and makes me a bit apprehensive to take the service department's advice at face value without doing my own research. I did like getting the inspection video though. More
