Great customer service, and the technician noticed I needed the oil change, too. So, I was able to take care of both the state inspection and the oil change at one time. They have taken good care of our 2 Subis over the years. More recently, a leak around an oil pan generated a $2,500 claim against my extended warranty. And though I didn't buy either Subi from Randy Marion, I did buy an extended warranty on each of them from that dealership. Good thing, as my older Subi needed a major repair as well, which also more than repaid for the warranty cost. THIS TIME, buying the extended warranty proved to be a good decision;-) As both cars are low mileage and now working well, I'm afraid that the only ongoing business with Randy Marion will be in the Service Department. Sorry Sales guys. More
