I bought a new truck n January 2025 and the check engine light came on. When I took it to Randall Reed’s service department they did give me a rental the first attempt. I arrived at Randall Reed with 2 problems, the first was the easy job of fixing a recall, but the other was something they never saw before. I had a small about 3 foot snake crawl behind my dash and die. If you have ever smelled road kill before just image driving with it 45 mins to the dealership. They were able to get the rest of the snake out, deodorize and get the smell out. Thank God because I just paid my truck off and I was ready to burn it if they didn’t fix it. Thanks to Randall Reed I have my truck back smelling like new. Highly recommend the service department and Rodney for helping us. More

I bought a Ford F-250 from Planet Ford in Humble. The day I got it home the check engine light came on, so I took it back in for service. Once I finally got it back I drove it for two days and the check engine light came on again for a leak due to improper installation of the fuel pump. I went back to the service department and asked if I could schedule an appointment so that I would not have to leave my truck for two weeks, for a fix that would take 30 minutes. Tim, at the service department said there’s nothing he could do and that I would just have to spend another $600 on a rental. One of the other service managers stepped in and said he would give me the next available loaner vehicle and that it would be 1-2 weeks before one was available. It has currently been 8 weeks and I have not even received a phone call. More
