The Collision and Loaner dept staff were kind and professional. The only issue i had bad was that when i received my vehicle back the battery was dead. The battery was charged to start it and wass professional. The only issue i had bad was that when i received my vehicle back the battery was dead. The battery was charged to start it and wass told when i got home i should be okay. but that was not the case. I had to get a jump in the morning to be able to go where i purchased my battery. Luckily my battery was still under warranty and was replaced free. However, i was told by the battery tech that the repair shop killed my battery. i never heard back from anyone at the collision center asking what my findings were and given any assistance. so i will not take my vehicle back there. Terrible service. The worst we’ve ever had. Car was brought in for service and there for 2 weeks with an appointment. Upon pick up seat did not work. Engine light came The worst we’ve ever had. Car was brought in for service and there for 2 weeks with an appointment. Upon pick up seat did not work. Engine light came back on and tire pressure sensor fail came on as well. Brought back in to be fixed again. Both sensors were supposed to be fixed but tire pressure sensor came back on. Was supposed to bring it in again for service when our son was in town from college. Attempted to call service advisor multiple times, no answer. Left messages with another employee to have him call us back- no call back. I’d give this service department zero stars. Not sure how they keep business besides just the name recognition. We’d never use Randall Reed again. We will drive elsewhere. More
