The Mobile Service for the recall on my Ford Fusion was wonderful. The service technician that performed the work was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I had been to Planet Ford on 2 separate occ wonderful. The service technician that performed the work was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I had been to Planet Ford on 2 separate occasions and it was going to take 5 days to complete the recall work on my call. I thought this was unacceptable. I told the Service Department that I had to drive my grandchild to school. The only reason that I was able to get the recall work done was because of the Mobile Service. It was a Do Not Drive Recall.
