Picked up my F250 and signed paperwork. I got 10 minutes down the road and had an issue. Braiden at the used lot was awesome, he took my truck back, gave me a loaner and fixed the minor iss I got 10 minutes down the road and had an issue. I was really disappointed in the customer service I received. This was my first oil change with my new car. When I arrived no one spoke to me. There were 9 people working and they were all talking to e received. This was my first oil change with my new car. When I arrived no one spoke to me. I made an appointment as I was told to do, but when I got there I was told it was first come first serve for oil changes and that the wait would be 2 1/2 hours. After 2 1/2 hours I finally went to get a status on the oil change to find out my car was done and had been for the past 30 minutes. They handed me my keys, did not give me any update on car, said the car was outside and I could leave. I get outside to find my car blocked in by 5 other cars. It was ridiculous! More
