I always get the best service at Rallye. It is very easy to schedule an appointment for normal maintenance at Rallye. Whenever an unexpected issue arises (just last night my headlight went out) I am able t to schedule an appointment for normal maintenance at Rallye. Whenever an unexpected issue arises (just last night my headlight went out) I am able to call ahead, bring my car in and wait for the repair. I do A LOT of driving, and I always have peace of mind that my car is in perfect shape. I feel like I am in "VERY GOOD HANDS" at Rallye. I had gone to my neighborhood garage because the ambor light was on indicating some problem with ABS etc. The garage mechanic brought my ML 320 to you to get it checked/inspected using your specialized co light was on indicating some problem with ABS etc. The garage mechanic brought my ML 320 to you to get it checked/inspected using your specialized computer system which was ok with me. I was told that there will be a charge for the check up/inspection which will diagnose the problem which was fine with me. However, I was told by my mechanic that Rallye motors believes that , one of the break sensors need to be changed which was also ok with me. The problem was that, the Rallye aparently said that, after the sensor was replaced they were not not sure, if every thing was going to be ok with ABS system and that if the computer shows some thing else, it will have to be fixed. I was surprised that Rallye was not able to tell what was the real problem. Given that, I decided to not get any repair done because there was no way for me to know how much it will cost to repair the ABS issue. I thought I will take this opportunity to write about my experience owning Mercedes vehicles.When I was growing up in India, Mercedes meant super quality and long lasting vehicles needing only routine maintanace and take care of normal wear and tear . I bought E 320 which was great but the one I have now, ML 320 has been having problems, and when I contacted the company (Mercedes benz ) and each time I was told that the warranty has expired. In my opinion, the car should be jugded not just by how it performs during the warranty period but also how it performs after the warrany period and what kind of service the company (mercedes) provids after the warrany period. These guys are very polite,very efficient,ever willing to assist.I found Brian Kearns particularly very outstanding and always willing to explain--a great guy indeed. More
