Very good I was a little perturbed .. came in for basic service and also for inspection sticker.. had a coupon for free inspection value $37.00. Came back to I was a little perturbed .. came in for basic service and also for inspection sticker.. had a coupon for free inspection value $37.00. Came back to pickup the car and I was told that they couldn’t do the inspection due to a Bubble in the front tire was very small can even see it... took my car somewhere else had no problem getting a new sticker.. They are also better than every other brand I have used: Audi, Benz, Maserati, Range R These guys are hands down the very best bmw dealer for service. They are also better than every other brand I have used: Audi, Benz, Maserati, Range Rover, etc. You can tell they've made the investment in their facilities, their processes and their people (computer systems, associate training etc). This leaves very little to chance, e.g., a new advisor or an advisor having a bad day etc. Keep it up guys More
