RACIAL PROFILE & DISCRIMINATION I HAVE BEEN TO AND RALLYE SEVERAL TIMES, I ALSO PURCHASED AND REFERRED SEVERAL PEOPLE,ONE WHO PURCHASED A VEHICLE (5 Series) LESS THAN A MONTH AGO. I I HAVE BEEN TO AND RALLYE SEVERAL TIMES, I ALSO PURCHASED AND REFERRED SEVERAL PEOPLE,ONE WHO PURCHASED A VEHICLE (5 Series) LESS THAN A MONTH AGO. I had my vehicle serviced on 04/18/18, and was informed that my Brakes will need to be serviced soon. I called on 04/25/19 after my brake light was illuminated and was informed that there was openings on 4/26-4/27 I asked was there Loaner cars available and was informed there was I asked if a 5/7 Series which is more compatible to my Style of comfort would be availabe on 4/26 if not I'll take 4/27 I was informed that there should be. I arrived on 4/26 and was greeted by several workers but was only assisted by one before ADAM ROMANO introduced himself. I noticed at least two other gentlemen arrive after me and was also being assisted, a gentleman approached me and asked for ID and my License and informed me he would be getting me a loaner car I informed him if possible I would not prefer a X5 or X3 which I noticed I usually receive, he came back with a X3 and informed me that's all that had yet a gentleman who came after me received a 5Series. I inspected the dirty interior and exterior and requested a different vehicle he approached ADAM who aggressively approached me and asked me WHATS THE PROBLEM, I informed him he then stated to me DID I PURCHASE MY VEHICLE AT RALLYE, I stated no and he asked if BAYSIDE BMW promised me a X6 when I come in for Service. He then stated that there was a Convertible available I informed him that i was picking up my kids and that wouldn't suffice, so I proceeded back to the X3, before walking back to Adams Cubicle and informing him that the additional work (WHEEL ALIGNMENT) would not be necessary at this time. As I walked away and turned the corner ADAM in a raised voice aggressively walked toward me and informed me that I CAN TAKE MY CAR AND HAVE IT SERVICED ELSEWHERE. I informed him to just fix my Brakes and I will return, ADAM continued to approach me stating the same in which a heated argument ensued at which time a second advisor got in between us and I was told there's a Room where this can be discussed, Adam attempted to but did not touch my forearm (AS I SAID TO HIM DO NIT TOUCH ME) as to direct from in front of customers and staff. His Supervisor arrived and while me and the Supervisor attempted to discuss the mishap ADAM angrily and aggressively continued to interrupt the conversation try to get his part in while calling me a liar and refusing to walk away and calm down as per his Supervisor. I have purchased a vehicle X5 from Rallye and was looking to purchase my X6 but because of Recalls at that time I went elsewhere, I would not refer anyone to my other Dealer and preferred Rallye service,environment and atmosphere. And in the future I look to purchase another vehicle through GABRIEL Hale. ADAM act as if I was worthy of a option of vehicles because my X6 was purchased at that location, I also don't believe I was have been so aggressively spoken to or approached in the manner I was if I wasn't African American, ADAM took me out my comfort zone and made me go on the defensive which is out of my character and even one the the Advisor stated they never seen me behave like that before. In closing the Supervisor stated he wound split the cost of the service, but that wasnt what I was looking for but excepted and went on my way. More

First service impression This is my first service trip & I am not really impressed. i made an appt meant online one week in advance and the apptment selected was available. O This is my first service trip & I am not really impressed. i made an appt meant online one week in advance and the apptment selected was available. On arriving there, I was at a lost because this was my service with Rallye. Although so many staff members were mulling around, nobody came up to direct me. After 5 minutes, I walked up to this reception stand to ask what todo to get service, I found out that despite a confirmation email, I was not on the list. The person was kind enough to take my car in. I am to wait for an advisor, but I was not assigned one. After 10 minutes, somebody finally approach me and start the process. Gianni was nice and answered my questions. He also kept me informed of the work needed to be done and the time frame. I was happy with his service. I have the impression that I was scheduled for a loaner to take me home. I then realize that there was no provision for a loaner online but a choice to get a shuttle. That was not what I wanted, but a shuttle was arranged to take me home. When the car was ready, I received a call as promised and a shuttle was arranged to pick me up. It was not until 1.5 hours of anxiously waiting , and, after I called about the status of the shuttle to find out my shuttle was highjacked to drop off somebody else first. i scheduled an early apptment to avoid peak traffic hours and I ran right into peak traffic because of the high jacking of the shuttle! I hope that Rally works to ease customer’s anxiety, especially for those who does there for the first time. More
