I left my car for simple oil and fluid maintenance. When I got my car back the 3ngibe light was on but I had no option to speak to anybody and had to driv3 the car for more than 2 weeks before they eve When I got my car back the 3ngibe light was on but I had no option to speak to anybody and had to driv3 the car for more than 2 weeks before they even look at the car. Brand new car was rattling like a 10 year old work truck. Took three visits to eliminate about 80% of the rattles. I will not spend anymore time trying to fix what BMW has failed to properly build. I have always been pleased with the service at Ralley, however on my last visit for brakes I was told I needed rotors at 24,000 miles. This is not consistent with normal wear and tear. I was contacted to however on my last visit for brakes I was told I needed rotors at 24,000 miles. This is not consistent with normal wear and tear. I was contacted to pick up the car at about 5pm and when I paid the bill I asked for the old rotors so that I could have them checked. I was told no one was available to get them. When I left the dealership and made my first stop I had to press heavily on the pedal as the car was not properly road tested Disappointed More
