In October my wife brought her x5 for service the inspection was due in a month, they didn’t updated or informed her. November she got a ticket for expired inspection. When I brought her car in I inq inspection was due in a month, they didn’t updated or informed her. November she got a ticket for expired inspection. When I brought her car in I inquired about mine and if it was still under covered maintenance and was informed it was. They failed to inform me it was expiring in November so when I brought it in I was charged for the service. More

I was not happy with my service i received last time. Chris was very rude and unprofessional. I have been to this location many times never had such a bad experience I made appointment a month a head t Chris was very rude and unprofessional. I have been to this location many times never had such a bad experience I made appointment a month a head to have a loaner, once I was there; Chris told me they don’t have loaner available and give me option to take Huber which it will be provided by them. I ask him to reschedule me for the next day. Chris said it will be the same situation. If you promise a customer that they will have a loaner, how do you over book everyday to not have enough loaner for customers. He sounded like this happens everyday even though you are promised a loaner. For me it was not convince to take Huber and go back and forth. I had to leave with a promise that he might have a loaner later I had to call back to make sure the loaner is available in order for me to leave work on my lunch break to go back to make sure I get my recall service done. Since I was working i was not able to leave work to be there by 2:30 Chris made smart comment that I was there on time at 2:30 which I was at 2:45. he was the one who give me hard time to begin with. I’m so glad that I received this text to express my experience so no one else go through this bad experience. Thank you Najla More
