I brought my BMW for an inspection and oil change. They took my car right away and finished the service in less than the amount of time I was told. This was excellent as I was waiting for the car. She is a real professional and made the payment process very easy. Troy Stephenson was also very helpful i did not have much exposure to Hasan Barakat. My only issue with the dealership is the lack of any realistic trade-in option. I understand that is not the primary focus of the business but it is a large hole in the customer service approach and left a bad taste in my mouth after buying my M8. We now have six BMWs so I am a loyal customer, but my poor trade-in experience still bothers me (trade-in offer was about 55% of the value i sold my car for privately) . More
