I was lied to , about what needed to be done and the price for it was ridiculous, as my husband took my car to a reputable neighborhood repair place that he trusts , about what needed to be done and the price for it was ridiculous, as my husband took my car to a reputable neighborhood repair place that he trusts and that's how I found out. I was told I would be taken care of right away, I was 3rd on line and it was hours later before I got a call.. I tried to get a loaner car several times in 2 weeks, but was not able to get one. I bumped my issue up to the manager, but still no loaner car. Then, once I said I wasn't getting the work done there, I was ignored. Told to wait for my car and saw my car but no one came to me to give me my keys. I had to walk back in and ask what was going on, and then I was spoken to in a nasty manner. Never again. Nor will I buy a car there again for other reasons. The main one being George Kanes, who I really liked, is no longer there. More

The questionnaire at the bottom about being able to schedule a service appt, check in on status, and review the recommended repair work/maintenance from your mobile device instead of speaking with a service advisor only has a yes, no, or n/a option. I selected “yes” but only because I think that is a very good idea to have, however, there really should be an option for “both” because I would still want to speak with a service advisor for explanation of recommended repair work and to decide on the best course of action. But having something like an app to do all of those things as well would certainly be beneficial towards greater customer service. More

I recently purchased a used BMW 3 series from Rallye. This was by far the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had, and I have purchased many cars from a wide range of car dealers. I called to This was by far the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had, and I have purchased many cars from a wide range of car dealers. I called to inquire about a used 3 Series I saw online, spoke with my client advisor Joe Cavero, and made an appointment for the next morning. When I arrived at the dealer the next morning, Joe had the car I inquired about already in the parking lot waiting for me to test drive. Unfortunately, the car did not have all of the features I had hoped for. Joe took the time to look up a handful of other available 3 Series with the features I was looking for that were in the lot. I chose another car, took it for a test drive, and fell in love. Given this 3 series had additional packages so it was more money than the original car I had come to check out. Joe was able to reduce the price of the car and also offered me well above the market value for my 2010 Honda Civic with 175,000 miles to ensure I was able to get the car for the budget that I had originally intended to spend. This was top notch service that I have never experienced from a car dealer. Next, I met with Charlie in the finance department to finalize the purchase. Charlie gave me 100% of his attention and made sure I reviewed and understood ever dollar that was listed on the purchase agreement. In the end, I was able to get into a nicer model 3 Series for the budget that I was comfortable with. From walking in the door at Rallye BMW at 9:00am to driving away with my new car at 5:00pm that same day, this was an awesome car buying process. I can not say enough, I highly recommend Rallye BMW and my client advisor Joe Cavero if you are in the market for a new car. More
