The service department waiting area needs to be a little more accommodating to customers waiting for their vehicle. Very uncomfortable and the chairs that are there are filthy. They mess up my car I been there 10 times in 5 months still not right and I went for service they didn’t do I am a very pissed off customer when I bought my car there I just needed a oil change to go o still not right and I went for service they didn’t do I am a very pissed off customer when I bought my car there I just needed a oil change to go out to town bringing my car to Ray Brandt what’s the biggest mistake of my life my car been giving me all kind of problems ever since I bought my car there and my life was threatened when my retainer was broke on the car it fell off the car when the mechanic raise the car up the whole strut fell off the car. I’ve been going backwards and forward there. I am so tired of dealing with this year. My car is messed up. I need my car and there’s nothing they can do about it but they messed it up but I did not have any problems with my car until I bought it there and been having problems ever cents , the front is swing side to side but they keep having me to come back and I still have the same problems now I’m tired and I’m trying to decide what is my next options with that More
