Scheduled appt for recall work. When arrived for appt 5 days later, sat for 20 mins to be told they needed to order the parts required. Why wasn't this done when I set the appt? The service department waiting area needs to be a little more accommodating to customers waiting for their vehicle. Very uncomfortable and the chairs that are there are filthy.
