My 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee has been in this shop since August 22nd. I dropped it off because a spark plug was misfiring and a possible water pump leak. Communication was slow and no one could give us a straight answer. The most recent update is that we need a new engine which was last week. Who knows how long it could take to get a new engine. I am very disappointed with the service, communication, and lack of clarity. Most recently, my service technician has been communicating with us on a regular basis, but this is only after being at the shop for 2 months. I have lost money and have been inconvenienced by Ray Brandt Dodge in Harvey. I would not recommend useless you don't mind your car sitting for 2 months. More
