Thank you, James, for taking the time to fill out the survey. I pulled up you work performed and seen that with in the 2 repairs it was 7 hours of work performed and some parts. I will research the repairs and talk to the tech. I will respond further if I find an issue. Thank you for taking to time to put your review in and we understand your frustrations. However, this issue is beyond our control. We can only order the parts and put in a special request for making sure they know it is very important to the customer that we get this part. Other than that, there is little we can do. If you call me, I can give you GM number for customers and it sometimes helps when they get calls directly.
