My girlfriend Lynne has a 2017 XT5 that she purchased from Plaza Cadillac. Lynne P. had new tires installed by a Cadillac dealer in New Jersey. We made an appointment to have the tires rotated and look at an issue with a noise in the front drivers seat. We dropped car off,they took it back into the shop and it sat in the air with the hood open for 2 1/2 hours, After a couple what asking what is taking so long the car was brought out and was told it was finished. However when I looked at the car I noticed the tires had not been rotated ( I marked one of them before dropping off ) After informing the service person he called the service department and they told him they forgot to do it. They came and got the car and took in and rotated, (20 minutes) So 3 1/2 hours to get tires rotated you would think you would get a call the next day and say. We are sorry we messed up, and this was a once in a lifetime mistake. Nope nothing. So if you take your into Plaza for some service there is a chance it was not done. I was a Mechanic for many years you do not forget to do the one task on this Vehicle. Be aware. Looking to buy a newer Cadillac, not going to happen at this dealer. More

I I have a 2015 Cadillac XT-5 with only 20,000 miles on it. I came in for yearly oil change. Christie Cook, from the service department, explained that I needed new tires, brake fluid flush and replacement it. I came in for yearly oil change. Christie Cook, from the service department, explained that I needed new tires, brake fluid flush and replacement and fuel system cleaning and fuel filter change, as well as a new battery. She explained it was a time issue, not a mileage issue. I was not able to wait for all needed maintenance, but had the battery replaced that visit. Christie worked with me to get another appointment quickly and at my convenience to get all my maintenance done. The waiting room at Plaza Cadillac is excellent. It has very comfortable chairs, snacks, coffee and TV. Plaza Cadillac service department personnel are the best! Thank you! More
