Plaza Cadillac was established in October of 1995, and consistently ranks as one of the nation’s top Cadillac dealers for sales and customer satisfaction. Our primary areas of sales and service are here in Lake and Sumter counties, but many of our customers come from throughout the State of Florida.
We take tremendous pride in the level of service that we provide, and we do it by keeping in mind all of the expectations that our customers have for premium dealership. We are dedicated to making sure that our customers drive off of our lot feeling completely satisfied their purchase or service experience. We are passionate stewards for Cadillac who take pride in helping our customers celebrate their success. I traveled to Plaza Cadillac to attempt a new relationship. Rick Jimenez was just the ticket. Rick was personable, customer-focused, and accommodating; a pleasure to work with. I would attach those same qualities to Mark Allen, who followed up with the financing. Both were active listeners and did not turn our stay into a marathon visit. No hard sell here, just a pleasant and rewarding experience, with none of the (usual) anxiety on the way home in our new XT4. More
