Plaza Cadillac was established in October of 1995, and consistently ranks as one of the nation’s top Cadillac dealers for sales and customer satisfaction. Our primary areas of sales and service are here in Lake and Sumter counties, but many of our customers come from throughout the State of Florida.
We take tremendous pride in the level of service that we provide, and we do it by keeping in mind all of the expectations that our customers have for premium dealership. Can't thank you enough. Mark was very organized and made the signing process a breeze. He took a lot of time explaining the different warranty options and customized them to meet our needs. SRX 30,000 miles service and CUE repair Called ahead to tell Service about failure of CUE. They ordered the parts and everything was ready when I arrived. I waited as they said it would only take about two hours. Comfortable waiting room with coffee and donuts. Service was completed on time and car delivered repaired and washed. Very satisfied with all service provided. Everything covered under the warranty. More
