I had a problem with my 2016 Cadillac CTS that could've taken up to 3 months or more to repair due to supply issues caused by the auto workers strike. Senya and Saul in the service department, and of cours taken up to 3 months or more to repair due to supply issues caused by the auto workers strike. Senya and Saul in the service department, and of course the mechanics, went to work for me and had my car back to like new in just 3 days! I just can't say enough about how well I was treated. This was a potential disaster that was handled with genuine care and concern by professional people. I am very thankful. More

Tires weren’t checked. Front end noise not fixed. Going back on 11/24/23. Been back now noise fixed didn’t get my $50.00 credit for not fixing first time last week. . T Front end noise not fixed.
