Did a good job, too long of a wait. I went in at 7:30 am for an oil and filter change,( I had an appointment). I had less then 4,000 miles on my car, but the dash was telling me it was t I went in at 7:30 am for an oil and filter change,( I had an appointment). They said they wanted to do a tire rotation also, I was surprised at less then 4000 mile, but said OK. I never got the car back till 8:45. My comparison with your service is that I bought 3 cars from Phillip Buick. They have the lightning lube station.,You can go in and get an oil change and tire rotation (without an appointment) in just about 30 minutes. They also check all fluids. More

Better used than new We liked the car we purchased it was certified and had an extended warranty. You new smaller SUV was a different story. No real movement on price. Tire Replacement I had a nail in my tire and the tire had to be replaced. It took over two hours which I thought was a bit extreme. Another great experience Plaza is tops whether simply doing an oil change or a major repair. Service is friendly, waiting room clean with refreshments, staff pleasant and the Plaza is tops whether simply doing an oil change or a major repair. Service is friendly, waiting room clean with refreshments, staff pleasant and they wash my car. The loaners I have had are top shelf (XT5). Lastly, I trust them. I never feel like I’m being unsold just to increase the size of the invoice. Harry is always extremely courteous and helpful. More
