Plaza Cadillac was established in October of 1995, and consistently ranks as one of the nation’s top Cadillac dealers for sales and customer satisfaction. Our primary areas of sales and service are here in Lake and Sumter counties, but many of our customers come from throughout the State of Florida.
We take tremendous pride in the level of service that we provide, and we do it by keeping in mind all of the expectations that our customers have for premium dealership. We are passionate stewards for Cadillac who take pride in helping our customers celebrate their success. Very incompetent These folks are very rude and not very willing to work with you. I was on travel and my wife bought supposedly a new 2019 XT5 Luxury FWD from them. These folks are very rude and not very willing to work with you. I was on travel and my wife bought supposedly a new 2019 XT5 Luxury FWD from them. The car had 388 miles on it and they told my wife it was a new car. When I returned and saw the car I questioned if it was new. They said it was, it was a dealer trade. After checking with CarGurus the car is worth $45000, she paid $54000 for the car. The sales manager said he lost money on it. Don't trust these people. They are con artists and are truly terrible people to deal with. Sure they took advantage of a woman but they have no scruples. Be aware of these terrible human beings. More
