Plaza Cadillac was established in October of 1995, and consistently ranks as one of the nation’s top Cadillac dealers for sales and customer satisfaction. Our primary areas of sales and service are here in Lake and Sumter counties, but many of our customers come from throughout the State of Florida.
We take tremendous pride in the level of service that we provide, and we do it by keeping in mind all of the expectations that our customers have for premium dealership. after the sale I have bought many new cars with this being my 1st Cadillac. There were 4 sales people in the room to close the deal which seemed aggressive, however I have bought many new cars with this being my 1st Cadillac. There were 4 sales people in the room to close the deal which seemed aggressive, however 3 months after the sale not 1 has called to ask if all was OK. Of all the vehicles I has bought this is the 1st time no interest for the customer has been displayed. It was our most expensive car yet and so surprised no one cared to check on us. With so many options you would think a follow up is a necessity. Disappointed in staff More
