Plaza Cadillac was established in October of 1995, and consistently ranks as one of the nation’s top Cadillac dealers for sales and customer satisfaction. Our primary areas of sales and service are here in Lake and Sumter counties, but many of our customers come from throughout the State of Florida.
We take tremendous pride in the level of service that we provide, and we do it by keeping in mind all of the expectations that our customers have for premium dealership. We are passionate stewards for Cadillac who take pride in helping our customers celebrate their success. I I have a 2015 Cadillac XT-5 with only 20,000 miles on it. I came in for yearly oil change. Christie Cook, from the service department, explained that I needed new tires, brake fluid flush and replacement it. I came in for yearly oil change. Christie Cook, from the service department, explained that I needed new tires, brake fluid flush and replacement and fuel system cleaning and fuel filter change, as well as a new battery. She explained it was a time issue, not a mileage issue. I was not able to wait for all needed maintenance, but had the battery replaced that visit. Christie worked with me to get another appointment quickly and at my convenience to get all my maintenance done. The waiting room at Plaza Cadillac is excellent. It has very comfortable chairs, snacks, coffee and TV. Plaza Cadillac service department personnel are the best! Thank you! More
