I just purchased my 5th vehicle from Penske Toyota and, just like the previous 4 experiences, am extremely pleased with my dealer experience. Prior to finding Linh, going to a dealership was always a daunting task, not knowing if you were getting the best deal on a new vehicle. With Linh, he's quick, efficient, HONEST and does everything he can to be sure you drive away a satisfied customer. Most times, we're in and out in about a half hour because most of my contact with Linh is via phone or email, all there is to do once we arrive at the dealership is sign papers. Linh provides the best options available and gives sound advice on lease-vs-purchase options. I appreciate his professionalism and honesty and consider myself a repeat, loyal Toyota customer. I have been buying cars for 40 years and have been in sales of one kind or another for just as long. I was referred to Lin by my best friend who bought his Tundra from him 2 years ago. Without a doubt, this was the most professional and painless purchase transaction I have ever done. This was the first time I did everything on the phone as I live 45 miles away from Penske Downey. From the first conversation to the final signature, everything Lin said he was going to do happened as he said it would. No high pressure or sales T.O.'s, the deal he gave me on the phone was the deal I received. In fact, Lin saved me $800 as he caught an error on the contract after it was signed and instructed the Finance Dept. to write a corrected lease agreement. I would have never known an error was made--his honesty was the icing on the cake and I will gladly refer anyone I know who is looking for a new vehicle to Lin without any hesitation whatsoever.
