I can honestly say that I have NEVER experienced such phenomenal customer service as I did with Linh and Karen of Penske. Not only were my sister and I treated with the utmost respect but we felt as thou phenomenal customer service as I did with Linh and Karen of Penske. Not only were my sister and I treated with the utmost respect but we felt as though we were part of their family. From the moment we entered the premises to the drive off, every detail, question and concern was addressed in a friendly and expeditious manner. The bottom line is, if it were possible to clone indviduals, I would certainly clone Linh and Karen! They epitomize what customer service once was and should always be. In my estimation It would behoove all car dealers and other establishments to emulate their behavior.
