Van Purchase We have recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. While discussing sale price sales person Allen Egbert had brought a sale price paper We have recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. While discussing sale price sales person Allen Egbert had brought a sale price paper to the manager... few minutes later manager came back with crumbled sale paper and started with they can not make a sale at such a price and BLAH BLAH. When we were ready to walk out, manager asked us to sit down and told us he had to make a phone call to upper management to get me the price. Since we really liked the car, we ended up purchasing the car. Before leaving the dealership, we had told Allen that we were moving out of state. It is a month later today, we have not received our licence plates and registration. Due to moving hassle we could not rate Allen on his service. Perhaps everything is rating dependent, no one cared to follow up on licence plates and registration. We can not use the vehicle until we have our original licence plates and registration from NJ. To top everything off, vehicle shows maintenance required sign.... Allen kept raving about Paul Miller's service and reputation, don't know how true it is. More

'regular' maintenance visit was WAY ABOVE regular Toyota provides free standard maintenance visits.....NICE. 15 years of Amazing Service I have been going to this dealership for 15 years. My experience always goes smoothly. My sales person Jim Velsor is very knowledgeable about all Toyota's cars and takes care of me providing excellent service every lease end. Buying/leasing a car can be draining. But going to see Jim is actually fun! Jim makes sure that Toyota honors my commitment to their dealership as a long standing customer. He makes sure I don't have to sit in the dealership for hours but instead gets me out quickly to enjoy my new car. In the past 15 years, I have never been disappointed in my car choice from the Corolla to the Rav and certainly never disappointed with Jim. That being such a wonderful experience, I returned to Toyota, knowing it was now a Paul Miller dealership. The entire process of buying a car was so much improved. From the knowledgeable salesman, Steve Reinke, who was very accommodating, to the Finance person, Lexi Peluso, who made every aspect easy. I made my decision and had my new car in one afternoon.
