Ignored at the end not sure why? Ignored at the end and I feel that it was the price of the car they set it too low on the site? I came in and everything was going well with my sales advisor the manager big heavy set guy set me up with Steve Renke. I thought it was Saturday when, I came in and told them I will be back on Monday for the car. I got the cell phone number txt Steve and he said I got the message. I txt him on Saturday and called and left a message and I have not got a txt or a call back. I check the website and the price went from $13, 395 to $14,822. I feel they just made a mistake with the price and then ignored me so that they can change it to the higher number and not sell the car to me. Why has no one contacted me. I am confused. They have an opportunity to call me and explain what happened. At this moment I am pretty upset and wasted my time going there. Maybe god is looking out for me not to buy the car. I don't know. Steve was very nice and professional and for no calls or contact back its really frustrating. More
Send Help!!!! Let me start off by saying we had made this scheduled routine maintenance check up of my 2017 Toyota Rav. Which should have been 30 minute visit turne Let me start off by saying we had made this scheduled routine maintenance check up of my 2017 Toyota Rav. Which should have been 30 minute visit turned into OVER 3 HOURS!!! And that is only because I went looking for help. My appointment was for 10:30, and I arrived at 10:15 and they took my info and SUPPOSEDLY took my car. Upon arriving the service advisor Sergio tried to sell me a front end alignment. Even before anyone even looked at my car, he said usually at 20 K you need one. And surprise surmise it was not covered. I said No Thank you and that’s where the nightmare began. After the first hour passed and it was nearing the second hour, Sergio said it shouldn’t be too much longer. Hahaha...at the 2 1/2 hour mark I went searching AGAIN FOR HELP. I found Chris another service advisor and he said “I will go look into it and come and tell you” well Chris must have fell into the same black hole my car did because he never returned. I went searching yet again at the 3 hour mark and low and behold there are BOTH Sergio and Chris sitting behind there desk. I said “excuse me it’s been over 3 hours and where is my car” Dumb looks and blank eyes looked back at me. Ten minutes later Sergio the service advisor who initially welcomed me came back and said “oh sorry, we never even looked St your vehicle but we will do it now”....NOW???? Over 3 hours later. 10 minutes later and my car is done (did they even do anything” and I now have a chip on my door. Wth?????? I will never trust this service center again More
