Just pick up my second leased from Paul Miller Toyota dealer. The sales team was amazing and helped me with a smooth and easy transition with the return of my previous leased and into my new leased. $155 for an oil change and tire rotation plus 1 1/2 wait time turned me off.i had an appointment but it still took that long. How about starting an Express Oil Chang where you are in and out in 20 minutes. My Chevy is do for an oil change but will go to Jiffy Lube instead of Paul Miller Chevy dealership in West Caldwell More
Bought a 2023 Jetta from here and in 3-4 weeks after purchase car did not start and had a check engine light. They told me to take it to their service department. Hours later I get a call saying they c purchase car did not start and had a check engine light. They told me to take it to their service department. Hours later I get a call saying they can’t fix it, it should be under warranty through vw. Wait you sold me a car you can’t fix? What good is the Paul miller certified used car? If your mechanics don’t work on vw, then who checked this car out before you put it on the lot to sell? Now I have to take it to another dealer to get this fixed. Regardless bad business. The dealer I bought the car should be handling this not me. That’s my opinion anyway. More

Called about a used 4runner, priced just below average for the mileage and year. Glad I called first and asked about the "$749 Doc Fee, $395.00 Vehicle Theft Protection, $1,495 Resinstall Ceramic Technology." Which of course gets the total price above the market average. Apparently all of the fees are mandatory, no exceptions. Well, my business is optional so best of luck tricking the next person to pay for the cheap spray on ceramic coat. More
