I live in Virginia (4 hours away) and couldn’t get up there until the weekend. Ali was able to work with me, hold the vehicle and coordinate my upgrades. Ali was always available and willing to answer my questions and concerns. He even assisted me when he was off (that’s dedication). I drove a rental car to NJ from VA. Ali greeted me upon my arrival and was just as awesome in person. Ali linked me up with finance manager Ray who was able to get me a great interest rate with great payments including adding a extended warranty and maintenance plan. Ray was a ray of sunshine and very good at his job. Prior to leaving they even had one of the employees drive my rental car to enterprise and drop it off for me.
