PHENOMENAL! ! ! Every time I go to this dealer I am always pleasantly surprised that they out do themselves from the last time I was there. Even when I am runni ! ! Every time I go to this dealer I am always pleasantly surprised that they out do themselves from the last time I was there. Even when I am running late coming across the bridge they still make sure I am taken care of like it is nothing. I thank the ENTIRE team for the great service I ALWAYS get. Jose Jimenez is my go to guy even when he is not there because his follow-up calls make the difference for me. As his attention to detail never fails. David in the Loaner Dept along with the service guys always make sure the transition to the loaner is good. So much so that they remember to switch my ezpass when I forget. This dealership puts its customers first with service and price and care. Thank you for all that you all do for us, Especially as we continue to deal with Covid. Stay healthy. 🙏🙏🙏Continued Blessings to all. God bless. More

I had the pleasure of working with Matt Wood. Matt made sure I got the right numbers for my trade. He also came in on his day off to make delivery of the car I was purchasing. He could have ea Matt made sure I got the right numbers for my trade. He also came in on his day off to make delivery of the car I was purchasing. He could have easily had someone else do it, but that is the length that he goes to take care of his customers. After meeting with Matt, I spoke with Matt Capomaggi, who showed me all of the features the car comes with. As an owner of BMWs for over 20 years, Matt showed me things the BMW could do that I had no idea were possible. Thank you to both Matts for making this buying experience a positive one. More

Mr. Cerqueiro, I could not help but notice how you encourage costumers to call you so you may rectify their unpleasant experiences. I would appreciate i Cerqueiro, I could not help but notice how you encourage costumers to call you so you may rectify their unpleasant experiences. I would appreciate it if you would return my calls since your service manager seems to be MIA or RUNNING out to lunch every time I call looking to discuss this catastrophe 11 year long nightmare. The BMW 328i xdrive leased then purchased from this dealership is one of 695,000 models ranging 1997 to 2015, 2017 who managed to be neglected by BMW of NA about the problematic excessive oil leaking, head gasket problems/leaking and black oil burning fumes released through vents into car cabin. We will have to put a 3rd engine in our 2011 3 series after the first one Leaked oil all over the engine and now the 2nd engine after years of bringing it to Wayne back an forth leaving every single one of you techs standing around scratching theirs heads, well, Bingo! Shocking it is the head gasket. It has deteriorated to the point the actual head gasket has turned to mush and oil is pouring out all around it exposing the color of the the head gasket which is a light blue. After years of battling it out with your department service over this matter the brutal truth has been exposed. I ask these questions we are costumers of Paul Miller going on 20 years I kept every single last service, I have kept every repair records since 2011. Twenty seven to factual. With every detail starting from the hesitation in the exceleration, (there's air in the exceleration line had that looked at by a BMW specialist) from the first day I sat and drove it home but again no one there could figure that out. I have over 50 pictures of the actual problem, have spoken directly and filed with the New Jersey Attorney state General and consumer affairs, may I add who are appalled by the details of this horrific ordeal my family has suffered for 11 years, 11 years Mr. CerquerIo. After our last discussion my husband and I due to the imenssible stress and my deteriorating health due to the issue here at hand, we decided to give your dealership one last opportunity to show integrity, accountability and the chance to stand behind your mission statement about the vehicle of your dreams, we paid for the nightmare of vehicles. This even goes back to 2008 with our 5 series going through 12 high pressure fuel pumps and 12 low pressure fuel pumps. I do not know how else to get through to this dealership, I am not trying to bluff or hurl empty statements about the extent I am going to take this issue to legally. I ask this, what is it worth for Paul Miller and BMW of North America is it worth the class action law suit we have proceeded with or how much stress you put on my family, and lastly but to me the most significant I drove this car with my child in it, his friends, not knowing how dangerous the car actually was and still is. Endangering the wealth fare of a minor. Last and my personal favorite the black smoke that spews from the vents making the inside car cabin a chemical and biological death sentence. I spoke to Joanna on 3/7/22 she has the details to contact me. Oh, just a quick visual for you on how much the car leaks oil, 1 quart a week and I drive the car total 5 miles a week, the 7 feet long by 4 feet wide oil spill deemed an environmental hazard by my management company in my home community and last the seven 6ft by 3 ft cardboard floor covering for our garage to absorb the oil since we are no longer aloud to have it in a visitors spot or on the driveway due to the significant oil leakage. My question to you is what's it all worth...in the end, I think its fair to say after 11 years of a living xxxx. I am owed restitution on many levels one being a new car, what do I want with a BMW going on it 3rd engine low mileage on each engine significant damage to other components due to oil leaking under the hood. I know you can NOT trade a car in with a changed engine, it has become worthless, theres no value left for us and that is what really disturbs me the most. From our stand point both legally, consumer based and ethically (that's a hard one for people to get) BMW weather it comes from you, another dealership, BMW of North America, at this point if it came from space I do not care I do not want to see another oil drop on my driveway, family members driveway (oh god the horror of that issue) again. I have all the time in the world we own it I can't drive it so I drive something else now thanks to a family member on a borrow basis but I can wait, the lack of integrity and concern for me and my family, my son. So much of my existence of the last 11 years has been robbed from me due to having to constantly bring the car there to be told I don't know where the leak is to not being able to drive the car to having to spend days putting all the facts, photos, filing, attorney calls to the extended significant repairs totaling 65,000 from a car that's sticker price was 41,000 and change. I promise this it is going to cost so much more then replacing this engine for a 3rd time which you will write it off to BMW of North America anyway, You should also let them know too they are listed on the sheet next to Paul Miller that's making its way to State Attorney General. I am truly sorry, I wish I could give a positive review after all I love BMW's starting with my first one in 2002. I can no longer view the vehicle in the high standards I did for so many years. Trust, such a hard thing to find, five letters with the weight of the world on its T's. We trusted Paul Miller for so many years such a shame that this is the quality and product they call experience German engineering, like no other vehicle. We were promised German engineering and I got basically a coffin on four wheels and bad ones at that. If it took this email to get a call back I find that very disheartening such a shame how little you are to a company you gave 20 years patronage to numerous referrals and this was the thanks we got.
