I brought my car in for a oil change & Full Detailing. I was greeted by the professional team of people in the Service Dept. They are always friendly and remember to switch my ezPass device even when I forget. Thank you to the guy who did the work on my car. I think his name was Douglas , the video of the inspection had background noise and I am not sure I heard him correctly. Again always detailed info.Thank you gentlemen. Jose Jimenez busy as usual but Never too busy to ask about the family. He is the Absolute Best Service Advisor I have ever dealt with. How can we not love everything about this dealership! 💜 David in the Loaner Department is wry knowledgeable when it comes to BMW. I love that I am not always held to getting the same model loaner. The information he shares has been very helpful as I look to work with my phenomenal Sales advisor Carl Hackney. The hands down Star of this visit was the Detailing Team! There are absolutely not enough words to describe my feelings when I picked up my car. Let me simply say “WOW”!!!!!!!! They gave me a new car! At least that is what I felt standing there looking at it. EVERYONE NEEDS TO GO TO PAUL MILLER for everything, the detailing is a great gift to yourself. They cleaned marks that I never thought would be removed. Thanks again to the Entire organization for ALWAYS giving your customers Top service, respect and treatment. Continued Blessings to all. More

Tech was right on point with everything they found wrong and didn’t try to over sell things that didn’t need to be fixed or fixed right away. Pricing was much more reasonable than other dealers. Jaunita my service advisor was very good and very responsive. They have earned themselves another loyal customer! Well done and thank you for your professionalism! More
I arrived at Paul Miller BMW in Wayne, NJ as a refugee from BMW Ramsey, NJ. They used to be outstanding when they were called Prestige BMW, before they were gobbled-up by Lithia motors. Lithia is a giant from BMW Ramsey, NJ. They used to be outstanding when they were called Prestige BMW, before they were gobbled-up by Lithia motors. Lithia is a giant corporation (3rd automotive in the US) which increasingly seems (my experience, at least) to specialize in bad customer service, dissatisfied buyers and bitter car-servicing users. I left them last year after some 20 years and 5 or 6 cars purchased. Customer reviews for BMW Ramsey seem to agree with me, just compare the recent ones to what they were only 5 or 10 years ago. Wayne NJ is only some 20 miles from Ramsey, and well worth the detour: After my first visit to Paul Miller BMW today (for service), I am extremely satisfied. Paul Miller BMW is a human-size dealership which still provides, it seems, the kind of service BMW owners received until a recent past. I was attended by Jose Jimenez after making an appointment for slightly overdue oil change, brake-pads change and general revision after a year. I had mentioned that I wanted to wait instead of coming back but I was told that there had been a recall on my car (for which BMW Ramsey never informed me) and that fixing the problem might take a few hours more than I originally planned. Since I was there I told them to go ahead, expecting to spend a big part of the day working from their lounge. Still, the car was returned to me after a little over 2 hours, everything completed. The premises, clients lounge and customer buffet are well appointed and stocked, a tad less ostentatious than in Ramsey but one gets about the same offerings and they shame a lot of airline lounges. The seating is comfortable, the wifi works, there are recharging outlets and one does not feel cramped. Even though I arrived early in the morning, clients were already being called to get their car back. I found the service to be quick and efficient. One thing I really appreciated was being quoted in advance a dollar value for what needed to be done and I found it quite reasonable. (Admittedly, there wasn't a lot to do). Also, I was not pressured into buying unexpected components or items as had become the rule during my last years in Ramsey. No more "You should change this or add that" without being really told whether it was necessary or even useful. BMW Ramsey's motto may not be "Squeeze them a max" (or it may, actually), but it often felt that way. Thinking of my next purchase (my... 10th or 11th BMW, I am OLD) which won't be immediate but one wants to keep informed about the range and the price of cars, I went to see a sales lady who had been recommended to me, Brittney Szucs, and she could not have been more pleasant or helpful. She reminded me a lot of Lori Asserson, the former star sales person at the old "Prestige BMW" who could always be counted-on to help her clients, give good advice and make sure that they got their money's worth. Lori was in charge, loved and acclaimed by buyers who had become regulars and friends. She was far too good for Lithia (again, that motto which may or may not be "squeeze them a max") and she is not there anymore. I do wish Brittney to follow-up in Lori's steps. She seems to have the potential. To sum it up, I found it a well inspired change. There still seem to be good people selling and servicing BMWs. You just have to choose carefully. More

She was very helping going over all the details of car. Ali was my sales advisor. He was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. I live in Virginia (4 hours away) and couldn’t get up there until the weekend. Ali was able to work with me, hold the vehicle and coordinate my upgrades. Ali was always available and willing to answer my questions and concerns. He even assisted me when he was off (that’s dedication). I drove a rental car to NJ from VA. Ali greeted me upon my arrival and was just as awesome in person. Ali linked me up with finance manager Ray who was able to get me a great interest rate with great payments including adding a extended warranty and maintenance plan. Ray was a ray of sunshine and very good at his job. Prior to leaving they even had one of the employees drive my rental car to enterprise and drop it off for me. Everyone here is awesome and I highly recommend Paul Miller BMW. More
