These guys couldn't have been more enthusiastic while they were selling me the car, but once I signed the papers they really screwed me. Delivered the car (and started billing me) WEEKS earlier than I'd they were selling me the car, but once I signed the papers they really screwed me. Delivered the car (and started billing me) WEEKS earlier than I'd agreed to take the car (I wanted it at the end of December when my lease was up, they delivered it in early December -- so I wound up paying new lease as well as old lease for a month). Then, when I brought my old BMW in to drop off, I asked for the second time (as I had when I first came in to negotiate the new car) if I would have any problems on the trade-in. They assured me it wouldn't be a problem and that they'd take care of everything. Two weeks later, I get a $3,000 bill from BMW financing claiming there were scratches on the car (there weren't; it was just dirty). Paul Miller didn't do a thing to help me, although on my own I eventually talked the price down to less than half that (still a rip-off -- so beware of BMW financing returns, and make sure you STAND THERE while they're looking your car over. They will cheat you blind if they can!). I love my BMW, but never again from Paul Miller. In fact, today, I'm going out to buy my son his first car -- and because the people at Paul Miller can't be trusted, I'll be buying it from another dealership. More
