Before my arrival at the dealership Samantha in BDC was helpful in answering some preliminary questions I had about the x1s they had in inventory, she then helped me narrow down my search by letting me know the inventory that was available matching my shopping criteria. Ron Sheffield my client advisor was kind enough to get some photos/videos before my visit to assure that it was exactly what I had been shopping for. Ron was extremely helpful, kind and patient throughout this process - I didn’t feel brushed off or rushed through my experience, he answered all my questions. Patrick was the genius assigned to me that day and he was thorough in showing me all the important features my x1 has and helping me set up my phone/nav, etc. Michael in finance was also great to work with, I lasted less than 30 minutes in the finance office ! Overall, I had an amazing car buying experience at Paul Miller’s BMW and I would recommend my friends/family. I will definitely be bringing my car here for service =) !! More

Don't bother to use them for service. Dropped my BMW X5 off here for service last evening and they said it only needed an oil change. I thought I'd get a call by mid-morning on Thursday. Hadn't heard any off here for service last evening and they said it only needed an oil change. I thought I'd get a call by mid-morning on Thursday. Hadn't heard anything by 4 pm so I started to text and call them to find out when I could get my car. Crickets! Couldn't get an answer. By 5:30 pm still no answer and I had already spoken with someone from the dealership who said they'd check and put me on hold to only be transferred to their voicemail. My husband finally called and demanded to know what what going on.. They were closing at 7pm and we hadn't heard anything. The customer service rep told us they never did the service. He demanded to speak with a manager who confirmed it. We told them we wanted to come pick up our car to take it somewhere else and he said he didn't know where our keys were. So, we're going to be at least 2 days without a car and no service. They ignore you. This used to be a good dealership before COVID. Now they stink. I didn't bother to try to get a loaner because they make you wait weeks for service if you need one. My daughter was looking for a BMW X3 last summer and we went there to buy it. They wouldn't even wait on us. We wound up going to Morristown and getting it the same day. Big difference. I would have gone there but I decided to go to Wayne because I had a history there with my X6. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! More

From the 1st call to my Fantastic Service Advisor Jose Jimenez to the Great guys in Service , the detailing Dept and the Awesome Mr, Don ( Loaner department) I pray I got his name right. They have all been great, patient, more than helpful, and filled with an abundance of knowledge. Oh and least I forget this is not a regular dealership, let me explain. I love that at Paul Miller BMW I am Always treated with respect and given the best value for my money. Just because I can afford it does not mean I want too. Lol. They never push unnecessary repairs, which is great since the industry has a reputation of doing so. Thank you for always making sure I have a safe car and great service.
