After explaining the warranties and maintenance packages I should have, I was told that I have bumper to bumper warranty that they said I did not hav After explaining the warranties and maintenance packages I should have, I was told that I have bumper to bumper warranty that they said I did not have on a previous visit that went horribly wrong. Now they say I don't have Toyota Care, yet my vehicle dashboard says I have Toyota Service Care, not what I signed up for. JP allowed me to leave upset instead of taking care of the simple tire rotation and getting me some help with someone that could resolve the issue. This place is terrible and this is the second time I was treated like this at Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney. More
