Great location in McKinney TX. I was actually going to the Nissan dealership next door but saw all the inventory here so I stopped and ended up buying a 2025 Toyota Camry. This i I was actually going to the Nissan dealership next door but saw all the inventory here so I stopped and ended up buying a 2025 Toyota Camry. This is my fourth Toyota and I love it. The sales experience was great and Hector was fantastic. The process was very fast and smooth and I was in and out in about 2.5 hours. Financing was fast and the terms were agreeable. The only issue I had was the car was not tinted and it should have been so I had to drive another 75 miles round trip back to the dealership to get it done and then I had to wait 2.5 hours for the work to be completed. Overall I would recommend this dealership. More

Matt had refused to contact me regarding canceling my extended warranty. I talked to anotjer shady finance guy had me sign cancelation papers but nothing else was filled out. Not sure it got filed.Now th extended warranty. I talked to anotjer shady finance guy had me sign cancelation papers but nothing else was filled out. Not sure it got filed.Now the 30 days are up for a full refund and I still am not sure if it's been canceled. NOBODY WILL CONTACT ME!! This dealership seems shady and I regret purchasing from here. I was extremely pleased with the dealership, but I was even more impressed with Louis Nelson. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with purchasing my new/used car and made sure that it was in tiptop shap even more impressed with Louis Nelson.
