Julie, I am sorry that Nicholas's credit score did not meet your expectations. It seems that the score was at least partially based on a large number of inquiries this year and a repossession. If this is incorrect you should contact Trans Union immediately. As far as the tier rate, that is decided by GM Financial. Additionally, it appears that Lillian has posted the same review as you have along with a visit from your husband Nicolas to the dealership with a promise of continuation. I am truly sorry we could not but a deal together for you to get a new Silverado. Bill Brunner General Manager

As you can see from the General Manager’s response, the passive aggressive lies continue! We have been transparent with our TransUnion report and they refuse to show us theirs. Bill (GM) refused to take our calls and when my husband went to the dealership Bill hid his title from him. We have NEVER had a repossession, much to the contrary we have a VERY good Nissan lease deal (thanks, Ramsey Nissan!!). When my husband went to the dealership to talk to someone today, they threatened action against our honest reviews (also illegal!) and told us “what comes around goes around” as if they were above us. AVOID this place like your life depends on it or you will be wasting your time and money!
