Classic bait & switch. Don’t waste your time! John is a classic LIE-nance manager. He didn’t see a profit in our deal and he wanted to go home, so he lied and said our credit was bad. We waited for three hours with our kids in tow, moved all of our stuff into the new vehicle and were ready to go and this guy just outright lied, turned off his lights and went home. We have actual major bureau credit reports that say exactly what we knew they would and he didn’t care. Also wasted hours of our time rather than pitch this fake credit score ploy in a timely manner. Disgusting and unethical business practices; they have been reported to the FTC. More

I came in one morning without an appointment and he gladly was able to take care of my cars My service advisor Jim Kobernick was a true professional. I came in one morning without an appointment and he gladly was able to take care of my cars needs. He answered all my questions, arranged transportation back home for me while my car was being serviced , & most important, helped me save money by getting authorization with my extended warranty company. Jim also kept me informed and up to date with phone calls and arranged for transportation back to the dealership when my car was ready. The car is now running better than when I bought it new!
