Very prompt and thorough service for my engine emergency My nine year old Impala with 95000 miles had an unexpected engine problem. I called and Paramus Chevrolet said bring it right in - which I did. The My nine year old Impala with 95000 miles had an unexpected engine problem. I called and Paramus Chevrolet said bring it right in - which I did. The problem was determined to be with the "throttle module' and amazingly there was a GM extended warranty on that part. It was thankfully in stock and I was out of there in less that two hours with a zero bill. So in conclusion: Paramus Chevrolet is extremely responsive; they have the personnel that know what they are doing, their systems are up-to-date with the latest GM bulletins and they have parts in stock to fix my problem. Perhaps it was my lucky day - but luck and machinery don't mix in my opinion. So when the time comes to replace my trusty Impala this is where I will go. Sincerely, Richard S. Service Dept. Radio front speakers do not work when it rains, called for an appointment and was told to drop the car off and I would get a loaner vehicle. When I arrived on a sunny day and radio was working, I was told to take a test drive with a mechanic. I explained that the radio was working today so that would be pointless. I was then quoted a diagnostic fee of $100 or to come back when it wasn't working. More
