Always a pleasure not any pressure going there ! We have gone here for the last 3 cars we and never had any haggling or "what can we do to get you into a car" BS that you normally see. We got the newest Traverse, and the Salesperson was super cool with us even though it was really hot out, we were going back and forth with colors styles etc and he just worked up the best prices for each. The Service is also really cool too, I have brought all out cares there for warranty and even general maintenance, they may be a little more when the car is out of coverage, but they aren't super crazy with high prices and you do get quality work. So yeah, I would definitely check them out !! More

We were given a complimentary ride to our home and were picked up 2 days later to pick up our truck. All other chevy service centers said they could not check the vehical for 2-3 weeks. So we are truly appreciated for everything we experienced at Paramus chevy and will be returning in the spring of 2020 when our lease is up on our 2017 chevy traverse. Thank you again! More

Mysterious Wash Came in for an oil change, even decide to get other items taken care of Marc "recommended" because I like my car. I've only had my car for 5 months a Came in for an oil change, even decide to get other items taken care of Marc "recommended" because I like my car. I've only had my car for 5 months and as any new car owner you pay attention on how your car looks and run. I know for a fact my car was not washed on that day, so when I picked up my car after the maintenance was complete, there was water marks on on the left and right fenders and front grill and water intrusion into my right headlight. No water marks on the hood though. I asked Marc if an engine wash or rinse was conducted to my vehicle while work was being done but denied and stated any kind of washing does not happen at Paramus Chevy. I did not want to debate or push the matter any further I knew it was not going to go anywhere and I had to get back to work. When I got to work I popped the hood and yes my engine bay was rinsed off or washed. I know how it looked like prior to taking it there and luckily the water in my headlight evaporated out. I dont understand why Marc didnt want to even look at what I was seeing while I was there, as if no mistakes happen at Paramus Chevy. I think my car was mistaken for another black tahoe and was getting preped for sale or maybe the technician was being courteous, either way nothing was done when I brought up my concern. This was my first and probably my last time I will bring my vehicle to Paramus Chevy. More importantly for this review Marc was professional and kind, we even had something in common, up to the point when I walked back in to state my concerns. More
