Always terrible wait time for basic service. I sat for 3 hours after my appointment waiting for an oil change. I took my wrangler in for the 19a clutch recall. Either the clutch was defective or improperly installed. Now my jeep grinds into gear, the clutch pedal vibrates very loudly, and the gear shift vibr Either the clutch was defective or improperly installed. I bought my car from Jody at Palmer Dodge 20 years ago, and have always had my service done here....never any complaints. You guys are the best!! Oil change service (Wednesday) by Eddie was fine this ti and have always had my service done here....never any complaints. You guys are the best!! Oil change service (Wednesday) by Eddie was fine this time, it always is with Eddie!! The only issue was the service tech (Hiram) entered the wrong mileage on my receipt. When I called him back Thursday, he said the system wouldn't allow him to change it. He said only the manager Dave Keller could modify it. I tried Thursday to reach Dave by phone, but no answer, so left a voice mail. No reply back on Friday. Tried calling again late Friday, but this time his phone kept ringing but would not allow voice mail entry. I also sent an email to Dave late Friday. After waiting until Tuesday of the next week and still no replies from Dave, I emailed again. I also called again on Tuesday afternoon, but the receptionist said he couldn't be located. So I asked her to leave a handwritten post it note on his desk. Dave finally called me back late Tuesday afternoon, around 5 pm. He told me he found the reciept and said he would send to me with the correct recorded mileage. And he did so very quickly, but the receipt only had some wording indicating an oil change was made, but all the other rows and columns were zeroed out....very weird looking receipt. I met Dave in the past, and I know he's worked there a long time. I remember him being a nice guy and a helpful person. When he eventually called me on Tuesday, he was very polite and professional and very quickly resolved the issue (or at least somewhat, given the reciept was somewhat weird with missing info). Not really sure why it took almost a week to hear back from him to help with this simple receipt mistake. Maybe he was just very busy at this particular time, or maybe the voice mail or email system was having some synchronizing or delivery issues. Despite the above problems, I'll continue bringing my car to Palmer for service. Overall a great service center, with very nice folks working there. More
